Winter and ski vacation at the Arlberg
The luxury boutique chalet JUP is just the right choice for your ski and winter vacation - even though or just because it is not directly located at the ski slopes. At the JUP you can enjoy the view on Ski Arlberg- Austria's largest ski area, which you can reach by our shuttle service (in approximately 3 minutes).
It is also a great starting point for winter hikes, extensive ski tours and snowshoe hikes

Relaxation, sun & yoga
You prefer it quiet and want to leave your car on vacation? No problem. The JUP is worth a trip itself. You do not have to meet a single person during your timeout, if you feel like it. Just come to peace and lay in the sun all day long. Maybe use the terrace for yoga sessions- in any weather at any time.
Water
Kneipp directly next to the house in a mountain stream. You can reach the high altitude mountain lake Kalbelesee quickly by bike or by car. Be aware - ice-cold crystal clear mountain water and a unforgettable mountain panorama await you. Who has ever visited majestic "Körbersee" knows that this lake is a very special place of regeneration and recharging - and additionally, one of "Austria's most beautiful places". You can reach the lake by foot or by bike from Hochtannbergpass - a pass road nearby.
The outdoor pool in Lech and the water and wellness world in the Aqua Nova indoor pool in Steeg are each 15 minutes away by car or by bus.
Hiking
The Lechweg - a famous long-distance hiking trail - or single Lechweg stages lead past the JUP: pristine nature, wild streams - and a very special path itself: the Lechweg - 125 km from the Lech spring to the Lech waterfalls.
Popular destinations are for example: the 200m long suspension bridge in Holzgau. The construction is a 100% safe, but very high, which is why there are wonderful views to enjoy. Beautiful hiking paths lead over Bürsteggs meadows to the Skyspace Lech: the light and landscape installation by US artist James Turrell, where heaven and earth meet. Or towards the nature protection area "Gipslöcher" in Oberlech.

Climbing & Action
The climbing garden Schrofenwies, which is located in between a stunning mountain scenery, is within walking distance and has something to offer for climbers of all ages, with 30 routes from 4b - 7c.
You can also experience your personal adventures away from the mountains or hiking paths. The board activity program has something new to discover every single holiday, wether for adrenaline junkies or families.
Daydance
Music is important. Especially with joy. The JUP makes it possible to enjoy absolut finest beats with its home sound system for every occasion. Enjoy the sound of the mountains.
JUP Workspace
Being on vacation while working is no problem at the JUP. You can work with your laptop anytime at anytime of the season thanks to our covered terrace. Of course, we have thought of a power outlet and a good WiFi reception in the outdoor area. You like to work with music in the background? On the terrace you can turn up your personal sound very loud. Just do not get distracted by the breathtaking view into the valley.
The JUP is also ideal for work groups - and then call it a day in the study.
